Before Your Massage

What types of massage do you offer?

We offer Therapeutic Massage, Prenatal Massage, Himalayan Salt Stone Massage, and Couples Massage.

Do you offer packages?

We do offer packages/series. We sell massage series of 4 sessions at discounted prices. Massage series may be shared among family members.

What is your Cancellation policy?

We require notification at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time if you need to change or cancel your massage. Clients who need to cancel with less than 24 hours will be held responsible for the full price of the scheduled service. When we have less than 24 hours notice, it is challenging for us to fill that time reserved for you. We understand that emergencies happen. If you have an emergency and will not be able to make your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible and we will not charge you for the short notice.

What is the minimum age to receive a massage?

Massage is wonderful for all ages. We have experience working with clients under the age of 18. For our clients under 18, we require signed parent/legal guardian consent and for a parent/legal guardian to be in the treatment room. We request prior to scheduling your child’s massage to contact us by phone, email or set up a free consultation call to make sure that we create the best massage experience possible.

How do I choose the right massage therapist for me?

If you are not sure who you should book with, no worries. All of our therapists are highly trained, deep tissue specialists who pride themselves on providing the best massage experience. We are happy to answer any questions, just give us a call!

What is the best way to book my massage appointment?

We offer online booking, which allows to book your appointment at a time that is convenient for you! For your first visit, we do require pre-payment by credit card for your massage. Please note: if you need to cancel your pre-paid massage and you give us more than 24-hours notice we are very happy to refund your payment in full.

During Your Massage

What type of linens do you use?

All of our table linens are 100% white cotton flannel. We have our own laundry facilities in our studio and we use detergent without added dyes or scents.

What type of cream do you use?

Our studio primarily uses professional grade Biotone products. By using high quality products, it absorbs quickly and at the end of your massage – your skin feels nourished and not greasy. We also offer organic Jojoba for clients who may have sensitivities to the Biotone products. We understand that If you have allergies and may need to bring your own product – no worries!

What type of massage tables do you have?

All of our massage tables are hydraulic lift. This allows ease of getting on and off the table for our clients.

Do you offer cupping massage?

We do offer cupping at no extra charge. We use silicone cups as part of the therapeutic massage. As this time, Lindy, Colleen and Kelley are trained to incorporate cupping.

Do you offer hot stone massage?

We offer a Himalayan Salt Stone Massage, which is a similar to a hot stone massage. We also have heated massage tables and heated massage pillows to bring the beneficial properties of heat to any massage.

How painful is the deep tissue massage?

We strongly believe that deep tissue massage should not be painful. Our definition of deep tissue massage is massage that is effective at addressing areas of pain without causing pain.

After Your Massage

How much should I leave for a gratuity?

Gratuities are always appreciated and most of our clients leave a gratuity between 15-20% of the service price. We do offer the option for gratuities to be added on your credit card, check and we always appreciate cash.

What is your payment policy?

We accept cash, checks and MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.
