We are so grateful to all of our clients and are so grateful to be able to be back doing the work that we love.  As with every other business that has been allowed to reopen, we will have many additional safety protocols in place going forward.

Here’s the lowdown!

Booking your appointment

For the week of June 29th, we will not have our on-line schedule available.  If you would like to come in the week of June 29th, please email me at [email protected] with the best time and best number to call you back to arrange your appointment.  We will be opening on-line booking for future appointments.

Updated Health History

We will be requiring an updated on-line health history prior to each appointment.  When your appointment is booked, your appointment confirmation will have a link to update your health history.  The health history does have new Covid-19 related questions.  

When you arrive for your appointment

Please wait in your car and we will call your cell when we are ready for you.  Please make sure you have your mask on – we will have ours on as well.  We will provide temperature checks when you arrive in the studio and per CDC guidelines – if you have a temperature over 100.4 your appointment will be rescheduled.  We will ask you to use the hand sanitizing station at our front desk.  All appointment times will be coordinated so that only you and your massage therapist will be in the reception area.  

Our safety protocols

For each session, our therapists will have:

  • Mask
  • Smock
  • Apron
  • Safety Glasses
  • Gloves

We have increased the time between our appointments to 30 minutes to thoroughly sanitize your treatment room.  Each treatment room has a HEPA air filter.   Based on safety protocols, we will not be able to offer: Mother Earth Heated Pillows 

Client safety protocols

State regulations require you to wear a mask while in the studio.  We do have an approved specialized protocol to allow for a more comfortable experience when your face is in the face cradle.

Payment of sessions

To streamline the checkout process we will be requiring prepayment of all services at time of booking.  If you need to reschedule, we are happy to refund your prepayment.
